Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of styling services provided by The Non-Negotiables (ABN 39 449 157 393), based in Australia. By booking a service you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

The Non-Negotiables offers the following remote styling services:

All services are delivered remotely. Services are available to clients based in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and selected international locations at the sole discretion of The Non-Negotiables.

2. Booking & Payment

All payments are made upfront via Stripe at the time of booking. Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms. Work begins upon receipt of your fully completed style questionnaire. Prices are displayed in USD. The Non-Negotiables is not responsible for currency conversion fees or fluctuations. The Non-Negotiables reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking at our sole discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by The Non-Negotiables a full refund will be issued.

3. Questionnaire

A style questionnaire must be completed in full before work commences. Delivery timeframes begin from the date the completed questionnaire is received. Incomplete questionnaires may result in delays. The Non-Negotiables is not responsible for delays caused by a client's failure to complete the questionnaire promptly.

4. Delivery

Your lookbook will be delivered within 10 business days of receiving your completed questionnaire, subject to availability. If there are any delays you will be notified promptly. Delivery is via PDF to your nominated email address.

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

Revisions are welcome within 30 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond this may be accommodated at the discretion of The Non-Negotiables. If you have any concerns please reach out via WhatsApp or email and we will work with you to resolve them.

Payments are generally non-refundable once the questionnaire has been received. By exception, a full refund will be issued if a client is found to be based in a location outside the supported service area and this was not disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Content & Privacy

All personal information and photos provided by clients are kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of their edit. This information will never be shared with third parties. Personal data is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Styled lookbook content, outfit curation and product recommendations created by The Non-Negotiables may be shared on @alecttrona or other platforms as examples of our work. No personal client information, photos or identifying details will ever be shared without explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All lookbooks, styling notes and content produced by The Non-Negotiables remain the intellectual property of The Non-Negotiables. Clients are granted a personal licence to use their lookbook freely for its intended purpose including viewing, saving, printing and sharing with friends and family. Lookbooks may not be resold, redistributed commercially or published without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Non-Negotiables provides styling guidance and product recommendations only. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, sizing, pricing or suitability of third party products recommended. All purchase decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your service. We exclude all liability for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of our services or any products recommended.

9. Communication

All client communication is handled via WhatsApp and email. Response times are within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekend responses are best effort only. The Non-Negotiables is not liable for any delays caused by communication outside of business hours.

10. Force Majeure

The Non-Negotiables is not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, natural disasters or other unforeseen events. In such circumstances we will notify you as soon as practicable and work to resume the service at the earliest opportunity.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing any formal legal action. Please contact us in the first instance at samantha@thenonnegotiables.co.

12. Changes to Terms

The Non-Negotiables reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The terms in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your service.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
